Terms Of Service

1. The "$100 domains" notation as displayed in our WHOIS only applies to bargain-bin ("junk") domain names.

2. You must inquire to request a price quote for any domain name.

3. Price quotes are valid for 3 days from issuance after which time you'll need to re-inquire.

4. Buyer is responsible for any registrar transfer fees and/or necessary domain renewal fees.

5. Buyer may be responsible for any escrow or Paypal fees at the discretion of the seller.

6. If payment is made without first contacting us, and the domain is not being offered
for $100, a refund will be made through Paypal within 12 hours and payer advised
of the current price quote for the domain.

7. Our price quotes are generally FIRM and are very reasonable in today's market.

8. Domains not claimed within 10 calendar days of purchase will be considered abandoned and we will retain them without any refund to the buyer.

9. In general, offers made and then accepted, and then not followed through with by payment from the buyer within 3 days, will result in (1) The transaction being cancelled and (2) A future elevated price of the domain being set and (3) banning of the offerer from any subsequent business with D-100.com.
